When you’re seen, heard, and supported, your confidence grows. That confidence shapes how you meet your baby, how you feel in your body, and how you step into the new role of parenthood.

I am a mother and dancer turned doula, and I’m here to support you, your values, your voice, your body, and your journey into parenthood.

I became a doula because I saw firsthand how much support matters, and how much of it is missing. That experience changed the course of my life. I believe that a supported birthing person becomes a more grounded parent. And a grounded parent creates ripples that reach generations.

My approach is rooted in both ancestral tradition and modern insight, honoring the soul and science of birth. Across cultures and centuries, people have used their bodies, communities, and environments to bring life into the world. That wisdom is encoded in our DNA. I believe birth is a normal physiological process deserving of trust, dignity, and informed choice. And while modern medicine does offer life-saving tools, it should support, not override, your body’s wisdom.

I serve as a warm, grounded presence in your birth space, advocating for respectful care, informed consent, and emotional wellbeing alongside physical health.

I’ve supported numerous families on their path to parenthood. They’ve come from many walks of life, but they share a desire for meaningful, respectful care during one of the most transformative times of their lives.

Whether you're planning a hospital birth or home birth, are partnered or solo, queer or straight, working or resting, anxious or excited… you're welcome here. Your story matters, and it starts with feeling safe and supported.

Birth Movement holds a dual meaning at the heart of what I offer:

  • Movement as a physical tool — to align the body, support the baby’s position, and bring relief in labor.

  • Movement as a social shift — toward more respectful, evidence-informed care, especially for those who have been historically overlooked in maternal health.

One is for the body.
The other is for the world we’re building.

I live and practice between NYC and Northern NJ. The families I work with are primarily in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Jersey City, Hoboken, Weehawken, Summit, and Morristown. If you are nearby and my approach speaks to you, I would love to connect.
